  1. did a quick sketch, from one doc to another...

    Dr Mechano
  2. The shadows in the room seemed to deepen and grow, then a dark figure slowly floats to the ground and sits in an empty chair. Face hidden in the depths of his hood.

'I am called Doctor Destiny. I believed this not to be my fight, however now I believe that decision was incorrect.

'These interlopers actions are causing too many consequences, both in the seen and the unseen.'
  3. Deep in the shadows of his sanctum, Doctor Destiny gazes into the depths of the crystal, watching the meeting. The bickering.

Normally holding himself aloof from the petty squabblings in the mundane world, this threat draws his attention too. The aliens have stolen magic from those fools in the Circle, so Destiny must lend his own mystical might to this cause.

Reaching out with senses beyond the human, Doctor Destiny sets a magical alarm ringing across the planes, summoning his own allies to the fight. From the shadows, Destiny comes.

  5. Standing apart once again, Figment watched the costumed ones gather around the statue.

He'd been here before, reality flickering in and out of focus, his mind unable to fasten onto what was real and what wasn't. There was magic down there, he could sense it, and magic might be able to help him, but magic was what caused this in the first place.

Then a voice. A form solidifying out of non-perception. A name.

    Gharib.

He seems to want to help, but is he real? Is any of this real?

It becomes too much. Too much noise, too many colours, the very air is solid and pressing him down, and the city fades out around him, spins wildly into and out of focus, and gone.

    Figment fades.
