ok i don't get it, so in the patch notes it states clearly babage is now spawning in boomtown so i go to boomtown and recruit 7 other searchers and we comb the area for 90 min with no success. About 50 min into our search i send a general help petetion asking if he is indeed spawning since the timeframe was getting alittle ridiculous if he is there. So no answer to petetion until i check my email in which the helper said he is spawning now but no it is random. What does that mean random? SO i reply that i understand his spawn location is random but if they can please tell me the frequency of his spawns approximately. TO which i get a response indicating that is information that cannot be released at this time. Is this the cia we are talking about? Anyway i don't think he is spawning. Just my 2 cents.
