Maybe, they haven't confirmed this yet. But have said they'd like to.

A transfer service between all servers would be much apreciated, and with the test server transfer service already in place shouldnt be hard to do

You have been on a team with anothers mission active, workaround, team again with someone, dont select any mission and quit, should now be reset, done so 2-3 times with success.
