I checked using a new character.. and the costume comes up with a lock.

I'm gonna try again when the servers come back up, but I'm not holding my breath.

I recently purchased this costume on my account, and have discovered that I only unlocked it for 1 of my toons.
Why is this so?

When I purchased, I didn't see anything saying that this is only for 1 toon, and that I would have to keep shelling out money for the rest of my toons to have this option.

Can someone please clarify? I am still waiting for a response for customer service.....

If this is going to be the case, maybe there should be a warning before people shell out points... I could've used those 400 points on something that could be used across my whole account.

Maybe they should put this back.. it's been a while since they've taken it from us...
