I have a blast just getting to talk a bit of shop or simply finding that folks are not so different and easily approachable .

I ran into Sayterra , Grae Knight and Dark Ether (the first two are Virtue natives ) at the party but getting to hang around with Dark Ether was a blast as it was someone that shares similair intrests to me but I have never really had a chance to talk to outside the forums (where im not always on my best behavior )

As for an iconic look it just happens over time where if you post enough art , screen shots or pop up all over the place folks will start to recognize your costume ((I showed up as a typicall teenage girl in a bikini at the party and I got pm's asking if I could switch to my normal look ))

I you go to the beackh look up Tanks for D memories , great conversationalist and awesome dancer

I think priceless is far enough along that a decent inker and colorist could complete it (which often times is the same person )

Moment of weakness is likely a wash though as its in a very rough shape , where if another artist got handed it they may use the rough for their interpretation but thats about it .

Looking over the roughs at least two of them are pretty well along have you thought about having them finished by someone else at some point ?

I think with a good inker and colorist you could really make those pieces sing , granted you have lost out a bit on the original deal but when life gives you mud you should wrestle

besides it might be intresting to see someone elses colors and inks over the pencils .

Nah im not implying anyone specificly is bashing but its easy to end up with a mob mentality on the forums espescilly on a slow lazy weekend .

As noted things have very likely been handled badly but this particular thread went from the rather benign "Where is the MMO art crew " to the rather powder kegish "They have cheated me lets string em up and tar and feather em ! "

Which isn't likely going to force them to log into the forum to respond .

I do hope everyone is able to recoup their money and wish everyone the best in that regard .

Eh considering that no one is supposed to be using the CoH forums for comissioning purposes im not sure I see the need to use them to bash people whom you have comissioned .

Ehhh as much as I enjoy Dramah , this is rapidly becoming a lynching complete with lynchmob and folks bringing their kids out solely for the festivities .

There is a point where we just move on,I think we hit it a good several posts ago .(By move on I mean move on from bashing him on the forums , by all means continue to try contacting him I hope it all works out )

I don't disagree that things have likely gone south and been handled poorly for whatever reason buuut this is my normal area
for rest and relaxation and we already know Gil can't post to the forums due to him being unsubscribed to CoH .

I mean if this thread is simply about complaining and naming names at that , I can launch into several tirades solely to start internet blood fueds and forum jihads :P

Should I expect a thread every time a commisoner or artist drops the ball as thats gonna get old fast .

Poison is still around , still does art and still actively plays on Virtue , you can find him on his namesake at odd hours .

I think Virtue may well have the highest concentration of hobbiest artists and professionals .

If your intrested in the art prizes and costume contest just roll a alt on virtue with your mains name or a similair name and come on down

As for removing my content I generally think its a good idea if I have major issues with something not to be using their bandwidth at the same time I argue against them .

Cool Text is a free graphics generator for web pages and anywhere else you need an impressive logo without a lot of design work. Simply choose what kind of image you would like. Then fill out a form and you'll have your own custom image created on the fly.

Cool Text also features a free font archive with over 1,200 fonts available.

I also suggest this for the creation of Bruce Timm style art to spruce up a page . its in Portuguese but is very straight forward .

I'll take it , Honestly its a well known fact im a hothead but I think my concerns in this are a bit more then "Scarf hates Sockpuppet Admin and Socksoul" and most of my concerns could be quelled with a simple post stating what direction the Wiki is going in .

A state of the union address as it were , im sure a number of people would be intrested in something of that sort .

thats just it stompy we as users have no idea if we have too much content or if removing content helps .

I know for a fact that Kade has had to increase the server size prior to me stepping down due to the wiki growing past what he has expected but because Admin refuses to state if this is an issue or not but we have seen things like Sockpuppet Soul having a major cleanup in image sizes it does seem that the wiki may be growing past the size Kade can financaly handle or is intrested in handling .

which I have no problems with but would like to know sooner rather then later so that steps can be taken .
