Yeah MM's arnt as bad as people think in pvp. I find that by standing my ground i can give any job an interesting battle. However i do seem to be a tp Foe magnet in pvp enviroments.

Go with Rad. Psi is good for the -recharge, but dmg wise it sucks. Rad is not much better dmg wise but the debuffing will be more handy for avs.
