I want to keep my suggestions as general as possible and emphasize simplicity. As a result, I will only recomend 2 changes (for now):
1) Remove Hasten's recharge hardcap and allow us to loop hasten in pvp once again. I remember when this was applied. I play an invuln scrapper. +Recharge is my #1 priority up to around 200% global. This 200% global # is ONLY attainable if Hasten Loops (perma-hasten). If you remove that +70% global recharge for what I believe is 80 seconds, take the anti-derivative of my +recharge... that's my ACTUAL +recharge over the period of time in the PvP environment. That completely collapses the concept of my build. I seriously doubt I was the only person with this kind of build... If I was the only one, then why were the changes made? I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I know I caught the attention of some people back then when I played PvP in CoX. Now you've taken the 100s of hours I've put into my toon and literally broken it. Does that make my build (yes, it's very powerful) something anyone can play? H$%*# NO! The nerf way back was an overkill like like the initial wave of Invincibility nerfs! I have to say, the devs are definitely consistent!
2) Allow the same mathematical engine that runs PvE and start from scratch. Like everything else in our universe, PvP should have evolved the past 1.5+ years. Well, at least I thought i would... Until I learned last night we've seen little to no changes since I13! This has markedly stymied it's growth. In order to actually know what's broken again, they need to keep as close to the PvE environment as possible. I abhor the fact that once I zone in to Recluse's Victory, I'm no longer playing the same toon! With all the restrictions applied in PvP, no build will function as intended. This is very misleading to the player and causes distrust... but, I digress....
My goal here was to speak with as little emotion as possible. I've done my best to remove the adjectives, but as a veteran gamer of nearly 30 years, I'm thoroughly disappointed in the complete lack of effort by NCSoft. This game has so much potential...
