Well could get the problem I am having... try not having something award to you that you ALREADY own. Wife and I already OWN the pre-order enhancements of Going Rogue. And here is a HUGE long talk I and my wife have had with them. We kept getting responses like well since you already own it you should put a point into it. First off, isn't that simply re-buying something you already own and spent hard earned cash for? Like Seriously, If I were to walk over to your hosue and say you have to buy your computer cause you already own it, you would be not only be, "What the heck?" but also, "Excuse me, it is already mine so back off!"

Ok now that makes no sense what so ever. Ok are you saying I can't get one since I already have it? Ok... so I already have the items, have the enhancements NEVER put a point into the reward, and your telling me to get them I have to put a point into something I already own without the paragon point in it.... if this is what your telling me... I want to speak to either someone above you in the gm department or higher cause that simply is strange and confusing. Let me break this down more clearly hopefulyl this will make sense when I re-write this down.
1. I already have the Going Rogue Pre-Order stuff before any of the paragon rewards system was made.
2. I am missing a point in the rewards system saying I have to spend more money to purchase this point that should already be AUTOMATICALLY awarded for already having it.
3. Because I have not put a point in this part of the system for something I ALREADY OWN, I cannot move up to next Tier of rewards.
4. I have to Re-purchase this point for something I already have on my account awarded to me and will get nothing out of the spending the paragon reward point?
5. So your asking me to re-buy what I already own?
6. Now your telling me and I quote, "The reason you have to spend a token in something you already own, is because you already own it. It is not supposed to give you the same item again."
7. So I spend a point in something I already own and waste a point that could go into something else I need more because I am supposed to spend it on things I already own and am awarded without the point?
8. If this still is not clear enough I would like either a phone number to call for some live support to explain this more in detail or to have someone with a high up enough status to look more clearly at what I am trying to explain...
From what you have told me it is like if the roles were reversed... I would be telling you that you have to re-buy your car because you already own it. Does that sound logical to you?

The Paragon Reward system is designed to pick up where the Veteran System left off while allowing us to phase the Veteran Reward system out. It is not designed to be a brand new system with brand new rewards but more a parallel system to offer more. The reason you have to spend a token in something you already own, is because you already own it. It is not supposed to give you the same item again.

We already have the perk code for pre-ordering Going rogue so it awards us the enhancements even not having a point in that paragon reward. Now my point is this. Why do we have to spend a point into something we ALREADY possess and can't get a SECOND time. the enhancements are UNIQUE and will become unusable after level 20 anyways. WE are asking that it be awarded already for having ALREADY owning this item before your PARAGON REWARDS even existed. It's like denying you access to something because you have to double purchase something all over again. Get the point I am making now? And this goes for both my Husband and Myself and we have listed these accounts. It is simply meaningless to have to spend an award token on something you already possess and get nothing out of it!

HOWEVER the tier 7 far right side of the screen paragone reward it is saying we have to spend a reward point to get them. We already have them from preordering going rogue, its listed on our acct as a perk so why should my husband and myself spend a point to get to the next tier on somethuing we already have and they are all unique so we cant use multiple in a power. Once out leveled they become usless anyways. But our main concern here is spending paragone rewards on stuff we already have to get to the next tier. We need this done for my husband acct as well as mine.

There might be an issue with the bonus enhancements you're talking about, but while these bonuses are available via Paragon Rewards now, if you preordered Going Rogue.
Could you confirm if this is happening to all your characters, or just new ones? If you could give me the names of the characters on this account that are missing the enhancements, that would be great.

That is not what i am referring too. I am referring to the paragon rewards of the pre order enhancements on the tier 6 or 7 when we are ready purchased it by pre order of going rogue and we are having to spend a point in the rewards in that tier to get to the next one when we already have the item. We should not have to spend a point to gedt to the next tier on something we already have. We still have the cd keys sitting on my acct for going rogue.

I'm afraid I don't know exactly what it is that you need help with. If you're referring to access to the Invention system in-game, and also Invention Origin enhancements, then VIP members have unrestricted access to that system as part of their membership.
Since City of Heroes Freedom went live, access to the Invention system in the game is now conditional. By that, I just mean that it's automatically included with VIP membership, but Premium and Play-for-Free members must purchase access to that system via the Paragon Market or Paragon Rewards system. This also includes the use of Ivention Origin enhancements that are applied to/equipped on your characters.
Does this cover your concern or are you referring to something else?
