Now then to my team...a lil' fyi - The wife gave birth to our third child, first boy last Thursday. Having said that....err.....I am not sure if I will be on this week. I apologize to you all, but I am sure you understand.

I didn't think that it would ever happen....you know.....another person being as cool as me, but he may just do it. In any case, the lil'guy has big shoes to fill. Just a little info - My wife's water broke at 9:04 am, just as I was about to surf the CoX boards, while drinking my coffee. So I had to like not read one of the many SF threads to take the wife to the hospital. How rude! So after hours of playing my PSP at the hospital, while the wife was pushing, he was born 6:48 pm that night. Here are his stats - 6lb, 15oz., 20.6 inches in length. We named him Peter Adam. For some reason my wife didn't like the "Peter Parker" as first and middle names. She said something about the kid growing up with "issues".....pfft....as if!

Anyways, speaking of issues - I just hope he doesn't become a future “Official Drag Queen” for some static team on CoX Part 5 or something…

I recently got my VERY First Rock Armor Tank to 32. Granite armor IS awesome. I just never realized there was a -Recharge while in Granite. NOW I truly understand why people want Kins with their Rock Tanks.

Do we have anything in our current arsenal that will help you out with the -Recharge(?).

My eldest daughter (a bit more than 3 and a half) prefers to watch "Wolverine and the X-Men" over the other "age appropriate" shows for her. So she asks who everyone is, and yadda, yadda, yadda. Then a few days ago she asks me out of the blue: "Daddy why does THE Beast not wear shoes?" I'm like "what? Beast??? huh?!??!?!" And then it kicks in! She, without watching the show at that time remembered the show. In any case we had a big conversation about the X-Men and such! I love it!

On another note, the youngest is a two year old. I was driving with her a few days ago.....so instead of Dora on the radio, I decided to put on the "regular" radio. Out of nowhere she tells me that "Lady Gaga (spelling?) is on." I was like whoa.......she knows Lady Gaga sings this song. Once again cue the Keanu Reeves "Whoooooooooaaaa....."

I didn't take a dirtnap yesterday. That's not cool! AT ALL!!!!! You're too good at playing that alt!

Sorry about last night everyone! It was a regular day/night for me. As my wife and I were getting the girls ready for bed......my youngest shouted "my stomach hurts!" By the time I got to her, see spilled what was left of lunch and dinner. I was up until 3 am or so, with the bucket and well you know......To make matters worse...my wife caught the virus. To make matters even "better" - It's tax season, my kid (I hope the other one doesn't get it) and wife are sick, and I am home taking care of eveyone. Accountants can't catch a break. Once again, I am sorry for not making it last night.

I walk into the bedroom this morning. Looking over the clothe selection for today. I see she's awake and in our bed. Mommy is *ahem...asleep....(she's a preggo so it's all good! hehe) So I tell her, have a good day and daddy loves you and yadda, yadda, yadda. She replies:

-"Daddy....are you going to work today?"
-"Yes Angelica. Daddy is going to work today."
-Are you going to work tomorrow?"
-"Yes Angelica. I am also going to work on Saturday, and probably Sunday too...." (Hey I am an accountant. This is my "slow" season....right....)
-"Why are you going to work?"
-"Daddy is going to work to make money honey. We need money...."
-"So mommy, Violet and me can go shopping?"
*Facepalm*......"Yes honey. So you gals can go shopping....have a good day. Daddy still loves you." As I creep out of the bedroom... all at once...

It was a normal Wednesday night for me. I had a few dirtnaps.......

Got a call from my wife earlier today. The little one (she just turned two last month) wants to speak to me. Cool. She gets on.
She says "hello daddy and yadda, yadda, yadda......"
So then she says - "I want to show you something."
As I am saying - "you can show daddy when he gets home..."

Would it be sexist to point out that these were guys who probably have only used ovens in the dorms, and that these particular guys seem like morons anyway? I did have to spend about ten minutes in the tunnels with them while we were waiting for the firefighters.

Sadly, it is the same reason that the all-male dorm had its first fire alarm last September. (pizza in the kitchenette and inability to cook)

Let's see....I don't cook.....I'd love to, but I don't have the patience. I do laundry, and I really do the cleaning. (I am an only child, and stuff has to be spotless....she thinks I have OCD....meh.....she may be right about that) I do the grocery shopping, because a) I like to do it at night, because I can cruise the isles at my leisure. b) I like to go to multiple supermarkets. I'm not cheap, but paying a mortgage in NYC, feeding a family of 4 (counting myself, with a fifth member on the way), as well as paying all the bills so my wife can be a stay at home mommy is well EXPENSIVE!!!! Did I mention I live in NYC?!!?!?!

I do all the feedings at night. I have/do sleep on their bedroom floors to protect them from all the "monsters" at night. I read Dr. Seuss books and “The Night before Christmas” EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!!!!!! On my days off I usually wake up first, and take my daughters downstairs, so mom gets some extra shut eye. Especially since "we're" pregnant again. The best part about taking them to the living room is the fact that we watch soccer, and Heavy Metal videos on t.v. They actually like that!!! WOW! And I normally take them to the basement with me when I play CoX on the weekends. So if you do team with me on a weekend, and I am not responding right away.....it's because I am "eating" the dinner the girls prepared, or helping them draw, or something on their chalkboard. It’s a normal life…..
