You commented on what you saw and so did I. If Bayani were to declare Shia's pic as beyond pg-13 he would be out, just like if Wassy had declared CR's dark line a nipple he would've been out. The wording may be different (duh) but the process and result are exactly the same. You want to think it's different when you (and Johnnykat) do it but it's not.

I don't think you hate CR or are out to get him anymore than I am out to get Shia but I do say his pic clearly violates the rules, thats all.

Ok new problem now that I've had a chance to look at both pieces Shia doesn't have a valid entry.

And unless Swan has the ability to blush more on one side of her face than the other she looks to have been smacked around too. Shia did try to pretty it up by putting bows everywhere but come on Swan has her hips and ankels tied to her torso in a way that puts her down on all fours but won't allow her to support her weight on her hands (ouch?) and Sister Psyche has a freakin ball gag?!

Plenty of other sites you can go to see this kind of **** but all of them are X-rated and require that you be at least 18 years old to enter, even the cartoon ones.

One other thing that stinks to me. Why the heck is it 5pm (4pm central) instead of midnight like every other deadline has been? Most people who work a day job aren't even home from work by then. I don't know what CR's schedule is like but if he works that cuts him off another whole day. (Shia already has an entry so it dont affect him much)

Also this thread with BAyani stepping in wasn't started until the 8th so if you are going to give a full month why not until midnight the 8th of October? No reason to cut it short dude its not like there is another contest happening or anything that needs this done in a hurry.

You may have picked the topic in jest but that doesn't change the fact that what you chose became the topic (if they chose to continue) and by your own words being a friend of Shia you make my point. I think if say Caemgen got to pick a topic that was a CR specialty and it got made the offcial topic there would be people (including me) crying foul the other way. This is no different.

Never claimed it was a conspiracy just that their are things unfairly weihgted against CR and when you see people voting the first place to the same person every single time regardless of what they put up or what the competition puts in that month you can't say it's about the art anymore. Just as you rightly said I should ask Shia before assuming I knew about the pm you should ask CR before you assume he is "refusing to play along" there are plenty of other possibilities for his silence and while it's a good bet he is pissed we dont actually know why he has gone silent.

I don't see it as a forfeit since CR never agreed to anything and WAssy clearly stated he had a choice in the matter. I don't think she gets to declare him the winner then change the official ruling if he doesn't accept the continuance since she clearly left it up to both the contestants to accept the continuance or not. It was clearly written as a choice (IF) and not mandatory.

Had CR agreed to an extra month and then were to pull a no show it would be a clear forfeit. But he didn't so it's not.

CR doesn't need to continue to win and Wassy said his last entry was valid and so then his immunity stands. Personaly I think its a damn ****** way to win but I'd say it's still a win for CR.
(if you are reading this CR a no show would be a totally lame *** finish dude, if you don't care about the money donate it to charity or something)

a The topic for the finally was chosen by a friend of his competition and seems tailor made to suit Shia (who already whipped up multiple ribbon bondage pieces with little effort) while a quick look through CR's galleries shows nothing even remotely to do with ribbons or tieing stuff up.

b CR's up against a voting handicap too.
Does anyone doubt theres people here who will vote Shia no matter what? Deebs for example has voted Shia pretty much every time two years running and first place 3points every time this year if I remember right. Lets face it Shia could put up a turd and still be guaranteed a certain number of votes and CR would have to earn an equal number just to get an even start. It's the same **** he was up against with Johnnykat. Meanwhile not even CR's obvious friedns who always post in his thread pic his pieces first place every month or even at all sometimes. I think he even had zero vote months before so Cr's been playing fair from what I can tell.

Course I could be wrong. Maybe his account is just lapsed or something happened to him or maybe he is hard at work on his pic for the month but I aint heard nothin out of him in a long while so I dont know. Anyone talk to CR recently or see him post somthing somewhere?

Point I'm makin is I wouldn't bother if I were in his shoes, theirs no way he's gettin a fair shake here.
