  1. From what I understand Necro leads the way damage wise until the T3 pet and 2nd upgrade, then just about every other one takes over cause the Necro T3 is more about control than damage. I sure as hell know my Mercs out damage my Necro/Dark but they didn't before 32. Bots are meant to be even more damage still

As for secondary I'd say that Bot/Storm has that good survivability cause you've got all ranged attacks and insane amounts of knock back. Necr/Dark is however just stupidly survivable. Actively so, because you do it through control, but in the end the pets help you by healing themselves, controlling and debuffing too. Nothing I've played solo's as safely as Necro/Dark, and I only died twice before level 42 (then I started trying to solo AVs and the debt poored in a bit faster obviously)

If the noise of bots didn't bug me I might have a bots/storm

Well GG thats the last time your invited to my castle to shoot pheasants

    [/ QUOTE ]

Shooting peasants? I didn't know you were that hung up on class

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Only if they're game
  3. The only power I dont have is Fallout, and that's because I dont have space. If I was anything other than /Rad I wouldn't take choking cloud, but the defence debuff from Iradiate makes it very handy.

EF is costly to run but very useful, worth taking and slotting for end reduction

RI is well worth having. To start with you want the tohit debuffs in it, and suddenly your team survives much better.

Lingering Radiation mostly comes into its own vs Arch Villains so can be taken post 20 in my opinion, but only as late as 22. Its side effect of -regen is actually its main purpose these days

xXx was meh mostly from [censored] story and such. Can't blame it all on Vin Diesel.
I quite liked him in "A Man Apart" for some reason.

    [/ QUOTE ]

A Man Apart was an entertaining film, I'd forgotten who stared in it though
  5. I've spent a few evenings in Sirens on my scrapper and I'm really not a big PvP fan (mostly cause I dont get a buzz from winning, and I obviously dont get one from losing so no real feel to it for me). The one thing I found fun though was terrorising stalkers. Standing still to get hit, waiting till I heard the sound of Build Up and then pressing tab+ToF. Then I could heal myself, stack another ToF and start hitting if they were still there. I figured most would leave, or pop a BF, but it turned out most would actually swear at me in broadcast first giving me time to stack some DoT on them. I even killing a couple. It wasn't my big discovery though, my big discovery was how fun Soul Drain was on a Thug MM. I probably wouldn't use my DM scrapper if I was anywhere near serious but it turned out to be not as bad as I thought.

Though I think my funniest PvP moment is when I was collecting Shivans on my defender and a Master Mind kept running away from me. I really had no chance of killing it as I was solo with only neutron blast and irradiate on hand
  6. Yeah, Schro's Rad/Rad/Elec, as I say I'm really not sure I can make it, but if I can I'd really like this TF, need this and the third one on Schro
  7. I might be driving out to pick up my laptop around then, but if I'mn not and free I'd like to do whit on SchrodingersCat

He's just... I don't know, but I find him highly unattractive (and the muscles just make me gag).

    [/ QUOTE ]

No bonus points for him being a gamer and long-time roleplayer?

    [/ QUOTE ]

I bet he's the kind of roleplayer who only plays Warhammer, and we know what they're like.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I think I remember seeing an interview where he talked about his D&D drow character

    Blaster damage.

I think all the nukes are 16 targets, even the mini ones (AR and Arch)

    Yes, they're evil, aren't they?

    [/ QUOTE ]

    More like annoying and tiresome.

You'd get used to them after a while, I'm sure

Friday 29th sounds good to me... but you know that Cyn...

would hardly call it 3 birthdays... since 1 of them didn't really join us much, was more like 2 birthdays and a 2minute chat....but it wasn't a bad night all in all..

    [/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, well I tried for 3, amazing there's someone more antisocial than me really

Oh and just double checking here, everyone fine with defiant??!

If you knew how bad most of our SG members are at playing the game, you'd realise how hilarious that comment was.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    You insult your members.

[/ QUOTE ]Including myself, yes. And they're quite happy to return the favour.

It's just the way we do things.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I mean you cant expect us to lie and say nice things about MaX for a start
  13. OK just checked with Digi and he's back from holidays on Friday the 29th and that's the only Friday I can actually make till about November........ I dont know what Friday nights are normally like for people in play, normally a Thursday would be better for me if that's good and yeah Xem week evenings are cool, just the whole work thing during the day, which is a drag.

Saturday Daytime is also good for me.

How are people for Friday the 29th of August with about an 8pm start? Cause I'd like to fill my free friday night ASAP.

Oh and I dont have Veng but am more than happy to be fodder for it to buff the rest of the team as I know my tohit goes through Maco's Elude once I have the debuff on him for a start

Edit: if this seems to ramble a bit I've just been to 3 different birthday parties in one night and am a little tired

    SM/FA

My Elec/FA uses consume as it recharges and I find that pretty much covers my end. Stone Melee has faster activations though, am assuming you've got end red in your attacks which is probably where you're losing it. And its not burn that uses much

You cant possibly be a Leader of a successful Sg and not understand that the game needs massive SG support. Unless you view CoH as work not play that is.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    *ahem*

You're not Max, so you can't POSSIBLY say what he can or cannot do.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Seems to be running just fine to me, we're hitting the population cap too but we have too many altaholics (no not me with my 3 accounts, its someone elses fault I swear) Other than that I think the SG runs just fine thanks

    http://guildofextremeheroes.co.uk/

I'd personally prefer new content to play than time spent on SGs as our SG's friendly attitude makes the current system work just fine. Of course it could be improved, but no big problems
  16. Well the Kin on my list is off on holiday for just over a week I think will check with him this evening when he'll be back and then see what day is good around then. I cant do

    Saturday Night
    Friday Night
Week Day time (work and stuff)

    when cant others??!

    Oh and checklist..........

    Am I right with

    Cynic - Rad/Rad/Elec
    Thabo - FF/Psi
    Xemulas - FF/Psi
    Nightmarer - D3
Dark Blasphemy - Sonic (have you actually told him yet Night?)
    Digital Desire - Kin/Dark/Psi
Psygon - Something (possibly empath if DB hasn't been asked as without a sonic we might need more of the empath buffs)
Gonk - Dark or Kin (if we get Digi as a Kin I thing I would rather have a second Dark than a second Kin)

    Reserves

    Demonic Judgement - D3
Black Mage - D3 (there's no such thing as white chocolate)
  17. Heroes

SchrodingersCat lives in PI in a penthouse apartment

Dark Celestine doesn't sleep, eat or anything like that so he fights injustine 24/7

Prise De Fer lives under a building in Founders

Miss Taik is currently travelling and not in Paragon at all

Jenn Teal rents rooms and moves around when the landlord get fed up of her parties

Gral lives in the Warrior dimension, constantly fighting back Battlemaiden's minions. Hit and run style

Midnight Lost lives above Pandora's Magic Shop where she works part time

Sweaty Chaps is staying in the Guild Of Extreme Heroes base at the moment, he owns a large ranch in texas though

Cashmere and Pashmina both live in Founders in a one bedroomed flat, though they argue a lot over who gets the couch. Its hard living with yourself sometimes.

Cynical Elfling sleeps at the Elfling base when he remembers he's meant to sleep

    Iskra is renting in Kings

Not really thought about my other heroes too much

    Villains

Dark Mist has a lab in Grandville where he conducts his experiments, he often sleeps with ladies of the night though.

Frost Wolf lives in the Insanity Inc. base, or in the woody area in St Ms

Licosa Raptoria has a house in St Ms near the Casino.

Countess Mortia is a vampire so living is stretching the definition. Mostly she stays in what ever building her mercenaries have depopulated recently, with the survivors providing her food until they need a new building

Mistress Wrath lives where ever she damn well pleases, often at the expense of others unless they let her stay without making her mad

But that would mean joining Facebook, and I won't do that even if you threaten to shoot a helpless kitten.

For once, lol, I agree with FFM... NO! BLOODY! WAY!

    [/ QUOTE ]

Am agreeing with both of you, and I didn't think that the two of you would ever be on the same side to agree with........ when's the kitten shooting starting though? And how's the launcher going to work? I hope they get declawed first or the loader will be a mess

Positron TF, levels 10-15 on heroes. But yes Villains first SF is Beast Beneath The Mountain at level 15
  21. I dont know how effective the boost is for the team leader against Honoree (as only time I've led I was on my defender and thus not really doing damage anyway) but yeah he is a problem who's solution is mostly in team make up. Its one of the reasons I'm not a big LGTF fan even though I know I can get a team that can do it easily enough (have enough friends with Rad or DM but then that's probably a like minded thing)
  22. The EN PPs MoG.

I like the Epic PPs that are in there though, they are interesting

I'm sure I read somewhere a while back that it was being looked at though
