power boost is useful much earlier than you mention as it doubles defense effects (and run speed by the way). So stealh and CJ if one takes that (which I have) plus hasten gives you a 43% defense for 10 secs once you slot up stealth...

you forgot fire/rad, which many would say is the top combo, and as a fire/rad I can tell you I can still solo through anything. 2 debuffs, a slow, smoke, three aoe holds (ff+fc is aoe hold), accel metab, group heal for imps etc etc
