3. Out of game he uses a spear which he can channel energy through for attacks, he can also shoot charged energy through his hands. I don't currently have a design for the spear though so for now I'd just use this spear for reference, atleast till I make a design of my own. http://yeomenoftheguard.com/partisan.jpg
He can also manipulate gravitational forces and also has teleportation powers that I guess you could say has an unwilling affect of teleporting himself to where he is needed.

4. I think I've settled for his home country to be somewhere in the Mediterranean, most likely Italy sometime in the Byzantine Era.

6. For a scene; near or on the sea, perhaps hunting for fish(he was a fisherman before he got his powers), a forest, maybe on top of a tower or skyscraper. or perhaps even continuation of what happens to Cres after Jackalynn Kisses him...
