I'm sure people have done it, but my elec/elec wasn't terribly effective as a blaster. Just not enough blasts. Now as a blaper/blaptroller he pretty much rocks - admittedly less so since they nerfed End Drain and ED neutered his 6-slotted hover, but he's still lots of fun.
