  1. I've read as much as I could about Accuracy vs. To-Hit vs. Defense vs. Level difference and I have a general idea of how everything works out. However, what I cannot find out is whether or not the rank of enemies make a difference in affecting my to-hit chance.

For example, if I am fighting a +3 minion, my understanding is that my hit probability is 48% (for most power sets). Now, if I am say fighting a +3 boss, does that mean that my hit probability is less than 48% or does it remain at 48% as long as I'm fighting a +3 enemy and the rank of the enemy does not matter?
  2. I just noticed this after looking at Mids' and it seems like that I can slot Power Surge with accuracy and hold enhancements, what's the point in this? This is a self-buff power so it doesn't require accuracy and it obviously doesn't hold enemies. The only thing I can possibly thing of a use for the hold is increasing the mag resistance but I doubt that's the case.

I looked around in the forums and couldn't find a question that's been asked about it, so can someone enlighten me what's the point in slotting for accuracy and/or hold in Power Surge? Thanks.
  3. I have other minions, LT's, and bosses, it's just that the special boss is spawning throughout the mission as well. It's not that ALL my LT's are showing up as "Leaders", it's just some of them, the other LT's are spawning as "Marksman".
  4. I've spent a good hour or so trying to figure out how to get a mission to complete for defeating a special enemy. I understand that you can set the goal to be defeat boss, however, whenever I set the boss, it will spawn the boss with the same name during the entire mission.

So, for example, I have a special boss set to defeat as a lieutenant named "Leader" and another lieutenant called "Marksman" which is set to being any normal lieutenant. However, when I start up the mission, I get both "Leader" and "Marksman" spawning throughout the entire mission even though there is still one "Leader" in particular that I need to defeat although no real differences are noticeable in comparison to all the others.

One way I could find around this is make it so "Leader" is from a different enemy group from the "Marksman" but it'll seem odd to me to have them from different groups.

Another problem I also noticed from my other testing is that the special boss that needs to be defeated spawns 2 instead of one. For example, if I made a boss named "Prototype" from the enemy group "Test" and have the Crey enemy group as well, whenever I would reach "Prototype", there will be 2 instead of one (I have the quantity set to 1).

Anyone able to help me out? Or is this just intentional?
