So, is the Global Handle that we choose now the one that we are going to keep permanently?

I spent 2 hours searching Perez today with a group looking for Kraken. NOTHING. I spent two more hours with a group searching DA for Adamaster. NOTHING. They don't seem to be spawning any more often.
