I have this SAME EXACT problem. I play in 1080p and I find myself losing the cursor every now and then too. Especially in a cave with 8 other players and 2 of them are MM's haha.. It would be super freakin sweet if the devs could add a simple mouse cursor size scale. Much like they did with the chat, nav, target, stat, and power windows. I have to set my scale to about 130% on my 1080p. Devs... please add an option to increase mouse cursor size!! Pretty please... with a cherry on top?

Woah.. 45ms response time is uber slow and what people would call "crappy" for an lcd. Standard time is 5ms mine is 2ms, maybe that has something to do with it but other than that.. Is it a lot bigger of a monitor in terms of screen size compared to your old one? When I got a new much larger monitor it did take adjusting. Hope ya get it fixed.

I'm pretty pissed off about this problem as well. I have an old creative sound blaster card that I dug up a few weeks ago when i returned and was pretty pleased with the 3d sound, although as someone else mentioned there can be a sharp fall off if i look just the tiniest bit away from the sound I wont hear it. I would still like the option for 3d sound and CMSS and such.. It blows that I can't have 3d directional sound anymore even if it was buggy.. it's dumb to take it out. I can't imagine how pissed off I would feel if i got one of those very high end creative x-fi cards. I'm on Windows 7 of course. FIX THE 3D SOUND!!

I really hope the devs are reading this thread, I don't know if that has been mentioned. The leather motorcycle jacket does not work with the huge body/reptillian head. The back of my reptillian head pops through the jacket, it's really annoying and i would love to see this fixed!!!

I haven't read the whole thread but I agree with what he said.
Anyways I don't really see how shield fighting could become a whole primary fighting set, that's not really practical. I don't really see how you could make a whole defensive set based on "willpower". Growth seems cool but yeah I don't really see how you could make a whole defensive set based on this, sounds more like a single power. I really like the idea of a lightning hammer, it's almost like electric melee but it's a badass hammer, pardon my french. Electric hammer could go really well with shield defense, but that might be a bit hard to make into a complete set as well. but you could have a power that's a toggle that just brings out your shield and adds +res to lethal/smash as well as defensive stun attacks, and shields made of different elements like fire and water that tend to resist energy and negative energy. Street fighting would be cool , kind of like a wrestling style or something. Energy blade could produce jedi-like characters or something , might be cool. Ball and chain really doesn't sound very different from mace. Density might be a cool defensive set, again sounds like a single power or something. That' my 2 cents, sorry for not reading the whole thread. -
