  1. I do use one with World of Warcraft. Blizzard cannot keep them instock. I also use one for my PayPal & Ebay accounts. Both the Blizzard Authenticator and the PayPal Authenticator cost $6.00.

I do know setting it up would cost considerably more on NCSoft's side. But it seems the general cost for the authenticators are relativly inexpensive for us to obtain. They maybe a bit annoying having to type in an addtional set of info just to log in, but that annoyance is outweighed by the knowledge that nobody could access your account.

  2. I would like to see NCSoft offer these nifty Token Ring authenticators to give us account holders an additional level of security when logging in.

Lot of places are using these now, PayPal, Blizzard (World of Warcraft), just to name a few.

What they do is this. You log in normally with your current password and user name. then a screen comes up asking for a 6 digit code from the little authenticator device. You input the generated code and then begin playing.

This eliminates all the trojans, keyloggers and suspicious email spoofers, and other sources from getting into your account and doing damage to the players' beloved accounts.
