Turns out my original post was more out-dated than I thought. After some work and buying of things here's what I'm working with now:

I'm using the below build right now, but with all the changes that have happened since I last played (earlier travel powers, incarnate slots, etc.) I'm wondering if there's a more efficient way of building my character up.
Since I've gone red side and back to pick up the patron powers, and was planning on respeccing anyhow. Since it's an involved thing I thought I would run it by the community and see if there's something I can do to improve stuff.

Edited the original post to reflect a more current state of things.

Editing this post because it's i19 fun times.
I'm still basically using the below build with a couple of enhancement set changes to make defense more of a priority (like Kinetic Combat in place of Mako's Bite), but I'm going to work in Soul Mastery instead of Body Mastery (went villain and back again). But now I'm having an issue with my respec. Here's the conundrum I'm hoping to get some guidance with: I'm not sure how many slots to put in Dark Blast and Shadow Meld as well as if there are any sets I should look into getting for them. Also, how to deal with slotting Stamina (I'm thinking three slots, but not sure). I don't feel gimped right now, and stand up to most things.
What I'm hoping to get out of my character is just a good, solid build so I can run task forces and team very effectively. I want to be able to jump into the fray and pull my weight for the group. I'm not really interested in going toe-to-toe with AVs or messing with pylons. I'd like to get a nice, well-rounded scrapper that can dish it out and make running missions solo--or in small teams--fun and challenging. Some of my favorite things to do is to jump into large groups and be able to take them all down even though it'll take some effort.
I appreciate any advice that can be given. (Also, I tried to update the build to make it look like my build does in-game, but apparently I'm just terrible with this program. So, accept my apologies.)

Bang! Number ONE, baby! Seriously, this is beyond cool.

Most of my badge concerns have been covered already, but I wanted to reiterate some of them because I feel it's important.
<ul type="square">[*]Badge tab organization. We need to be able to have all of the badges grouped together for their types. All of the new ones are simply just being either added to the top or the bottom of the list, away from their associated badges. It looks like the sheer amount of badges which are accumulating are starting to necessitate additional tabs. [*]Progression meters. I'd like the badge progression to be a little more descriptive. Maybe a 10/100 format like what's used for debt and experience. [*]The badges themselves could be a bit bigger overall. As many have said, they look very nice but it seems that due to their size the work put into the art isn't appreciated as much as it could be. [*]Finally, badges should be made to specifically say what they're for. If not in the badge description itself, maybe with some mouse-over information indicating what the achievment was for "You have repaid 1,000,000 debt" or something like that.[*]Badge Usefullness. Just something that I thought I'd throw out there. Maybe the more badges you get the more influence you could earn. Maybe a 0.1% increase per badge or so that way we have additional incentives for collecting. [/list]
That's about all I can think of at the moment. Overall I love the badge system and am really looking forward to getting these new badges when they hit the live servers. I'm such a badge junkie. =)
Edited for that last idea.
