The tank didnt get a rare every time, but she got a LOT over time.

I have taken two characters all the way through the whole new BAF/LAMBDA experience and am over halfway through a third.

My first was my MM and I got (TOTAL) 2 rare drops, I had to build and pay for the other two, and I never got any VR drops.

My third is my blaster and she has gotten zero Rare and zero VR drops.

My second is my tank and she has gotten 2 VR drops and so many rare drops that she isn't using them all. In fact, she had most (if not all) third tier crafted before finishing her incarnate experience runs (judgement, lore, destiny, and interface).

So why does one get all the goodies and the other two don't? Well, the MM and the blaster pride themselves (as a matter of survival) on taking very little damage. The MM especially so since she is an FF MM. The tank however takes prodigious amounts of damage on a very regular basis, and she got rewarded for it.

If in fact the formula reward characters for taking damage, than this needs to stop and be adjusted to a purely random salvage drop across the board for all ATs. Either that or allow for incarnate salvage to be shared within an account so that you can take advantage of your good drops for damage takers. I am thinking bug hunter here! Hope so!

All, This Thursday night (16 Dec 2010) at 8 PM CST, I am going to run a Midnight Dodger run on the Tin Mage TF for those of you who are missing this requirement for your Tin Mage master badge.

You will need:
Alpha slot slotted and equipped
Bio Nuke
Chem Nuke
Shivans
and what ever pets you can share.

I am going to use a method that has worked well on other servers, as long as Director 11 is held, this should be a lock. See you on THursday!

EXCELLENT job all! We done dropped us a STORMER on the first pass. Much thanks for all the teams, and for the COP Guide. It was invaluable.

We are still on for tonight. Right now I am needing debuffs and damage. Having said that, I will most likely take anyone as we usually get tot he begging point for the third team.

For all that come. PLEASE try to have Shivans, Envenomed Dagger and Back Up Radio. Dagger and Radio can be gotten at Wentworths.

Agreed on the WIlly Nilly.

We are going to do the Cathedral of Pain (COP) again on Thursday (28 Oct) at 8 CST. Please meet at RWZ, we will enter the base from there. If you don't have them, I would HIGHLY recommend getting Shivans. If we all have them that would be 24 Shivans on the AV, and this will be a VERY fast trial! I just went and got a fresh set of five Shivans myself. Looking forward to this, see you there!

EXCELLENT effort this time! We got the Stormer (2 times in a row, but this time we actually had him on the ropes).

We are going to try again next Thursday at 8 CST.

The only limiting factor I will have is if no one else from my SG shows, but we can do it from any base with a raid computer, and three people from that SG. You have to have three people from the same SG to do this.

In the meantime, everyone try to get Shivans, if we get the easier AV, then we can overwhelm him with Shivans, making our job much easier.

Blue side. Based on our attempt today, we need Rads. I will be there on THursday tho!

I got three teams today, but it was with the Stormer AV, so we couldnt beat him. I could recruit when needed is what I am saying.
