St. Martial has a small, outdoor, tiki-type bar on the eastern end of the "Strip" (-3880.1, -24.1, -569.6). And Founder's Falls has a few enclosed garden/courtyards on the northern edge of the Gaspee (893.4, 0.0, 1493.7 and thereabouts).

Also, as a side note, coordinates would be awesome for all of the places on your list, in case players don't know where to find them.
