    Man, this is getting confusing fast! :P

    My hubby's login gets into his forum account only, not mine. My forum account needs the password reset, but I can only find a password reset for my game account, which doesn't need to be reset because I know the password and can get in, as well as my master PlayNC account (which is the same as the game account screen name but the passwords are different).

    For example: game/master account name for my hubby: examplename, password: examplepassword.

    Mine: game/master account: myname, password: mypassword.

    My old forum account login: myforumname, myforumpassword = does not work on the new boards.

    Trying to log in with the same combo as my hubby's for the forums as follows does not work: game/master account: myname, mypassword.

    So, how do I get into my forum account? I don't know. How do I reset my forum P.W. ONLY? I don't know.

    According to the way the new boards are set up, I should be able to login to the forums using my game account name and password, but it doesn't work.

    Hope this clarified what is going on.

    I tried using that one because that's what I had to use to get my husband's account signed up on the forums. It didn't work.

    Hi all. After the recent migration to the new boards, I have been unable to login my main forum account (which I logged into regularly before the migration, so I do infact know my password). I was able to create a forum account with my husband's account (which is the one that I am posting with at this moment).

    I've noticed that we now login under the game account name and not the forum account name. However, my game account name will not accept my password on the forum login. I have access to my NCSoft account management just fine as well as my game account. When I try to reset the password, it only directs me to master account password reset, which I do not need because the password is valid. I cannot find a link anywhere to correct my forum login password.

    Am I just missing it or has anyone else had this problem? If no one has any suggestions, where might I send an email to support to get help?
