I have a question....if I have a tanker at +3 incarnate, and I decide to drop my VIP status, and go free, do I retain that incarnate abilities I obtained before I quit paying?

I am attempting to get my daughter some points on her free account. I have all of her log-on information, etc, but no matter what computer I try to log into her master account from, I get the same message (see thread title).
Quire frustrating, as I have a fully operation SG base on Freedom just waiting for her to inhabit, lol, since I play on Exalted these days.

I have also been having this problem for the last month or so; I also have maxed-out RAM, and do not buy that it is "my PC that is the problem". I even went so far as to completely DELETE the folder that those .pigg files are in, and then take the hour or so to re-install them. Still having the same bloody problem.
