I'll level a couple of blasters up to level 6 if possible in the early hours and see how I feel about them. Probably sonic/(ice or elec).

I'll give my headset another tinkering with too. If it's no good I should be able to afford a new one on Friday.

I'm quite interested in this and am happy to roll any AT to be honest. I have an Ice/Rad sitting at level 10 or would quite like another blaster (maybe sonic/ ?).

I could give a scrapper or tanker a go but I've never played them.

I have TS, but need a new headset (I can hear, but not speak) - which I should get soon.

Harking back to the short-lived but incredibly good fun Fruit Bowl SG, I just wanna see who is still out there. I bumped into Lemonzest (aka _) tonght and was incredibly pleased to see her. It'd be nice to see some others - I never did get to see Plum Duff.

On reflection, thanks a lot for the suggestion. I'm nothing crazy in PvP at the moment, but I can surprise peopple and over the last two days have twice managed to take a single player out of a larger team and beat them.

Plus, I could probably get away more with TP, but I like hanging around and have found myself to be less squishy than I thought (if I divert their attention).

Since my last post, I've added assault and tactics (a bit end heavy I find - maybe I'll have to give in and get stamina). At 26, it'll probably be terrify, but increase density and the jumpy kin power are on offer I think. I'll figure something out.

Just wondering if any of you are about. I've just got the game and am thinking about creating a nemesis for Braindead (mastermind seems kinda apt). I missed the push to 50 in CoH and thought I might be able to stay the pace in CoV.

Thanks all for the rapid and succinct responses. I think that covers everything I needed. Repel would be nice for stalkers - they've been the bane of my day - but the tactics option complements my PvE build more at the moment.

I did exact revenge on a couple of the painful stalkers in Bloody Bay however (being able to see their trails in the water helped, hehe). Popping a purple or two, avoiding their initial strike and using a combination of confuse then TK to pin them against the rocks gave me a lot of satisfaction.

I'm loving being a controller and am getting a lot of enjoyment from a bit of PvP now.

Hi, I have a few questions about controller PvP:

1. What effect does confuse (I'm a mind/kin) have on another player? I've used it effectively on pets but just spammed it as part of an attack/hold chain so far.

2. Am I right in thinking that siphon power has a - regen?

3. I'm having problems hitting sometimes - I assume it's due to something I read about a 50% base accuracy - but I would appreciate feedback on this.

4. At my level is there much I can do to mitigate the danger of assassin strikes? In a team, I am taken out first every time (which makes me kinda chuffed).

That's all for now. I had another question, but it has disappeared from my mind.
