Empty Clips is an extremely effective power if used in conjunction with your Enforcers. Even slotted with only one accuracy, Empty clips does a very noticeable amount of damage, and you don't normally pull aggro if you use it while your thugs are blanketing the cone area.
I consider it a personal essential while I solo on relentless. -
Thanks for answering the questions, Posi.
Maybe I'll get mine answered another day, or better yet, when the Issue releases. -
Ok, serious question for you, Positron, since you are eyeing this topic. Is incorporating the Havok engine physics into City of Villains going to increase the system requirements to the game?
Some players are already playing with systems on the brink of incompatibilty with world detail and character detail set down to low just to game without constant stuttering and graphics lag.
If Havok will cause havoc with older machines (like stated above), will limiting our graphics down to the lowest setting allow players to bypass the fancy new effects and experience the new mayhems? -
I'll just be happy if Oil Slick doesn't cause my ninja pets to go crazy and run out of the blaze until it ends. It's a 'friendly fire'!
I've reported this as a bug before. -

But, yeah, accolades in I7 are going to be so much easier to figure out how to unlock than CoH's in I2 were. For one, we've had months to amass our badge collections to the point of some of us almost having all the epic badges already. And, two, we pretty much know what to expect.
I think figuring out what unlocks everything will be just as easy as figuring out what badges/actions unlock gladiators. It might take us a week or two, but we'll get it done.

I don't know... those who have the badges needed for the accolades will simply see "ACCOLADE EARNED!" when Issue 7 goes live, and will get it's effect. They don't tell you what badges you need for them by default.
