I don't know about everyone else, but my main reason for Altoholism is being able to use each powerset, and being able to make multiple concept toons, not to get each badge spread out on every toon or to just hit every single mission possible in the game.

I've been playing for over a year and a half and no one ever took the time to let me know that bit. as well as with the macros. Thx!!

In regards to respec tfs and if you can do them at higher lvls...I recently (within the past 3 months) did the lvl 24-33 respec with my lvl 50 blaster, and was surprisingly awarded the respec at the end of the task force.
