  1. I'm gonna chip in to say two things. First: As proven by the current state of propel, items do work for all players. Just spawn an NPC named "Big red Ball", give it the interaction code of propel objects, but attackable, with 100% resists, so that knock*X works.
Second: I WANT A BIG RED BALL!

    Hilarious! Keep it up!
  3. I'm going to have to jump on the "This is awful" bandwagon too. While the numbers look nice in writing, you must realise that more often than not, a player will get the killing blow while you fight NPCs, than the other way around. Also, as someone else pointed out (This actually happened to me), in Siren's Call, doing hotspots, I was at around 50% health (I was a regen, so that meant I had extra NPC damage on me I think), feeling pretty safe. Then out of the blue, ASSASIN'S STRIKE! HALF A FRIGGIN BAR OF DEBT. From a safe health point. Way to kill the hotspots and all other pve in pvp zones. Why not just put a metal cage around them while you're there?
I must also express my anger at the fact at that a completely unecessary debt change took precedence over [Insert however many as you want: Server Stability, A fix for MM pet zoning, the escaping mob + knockback = instant failure glitch, the multiple otherwise glitched missions, the craptacularly inaccurate guide]
Edit: I have no font skills.
  4. These things are absolutely awful the way they're implemented. Were I king of bases, this would be how they'd work:
1: Duration is 1/2 or 1/3 of what it is now.
2: The buffs are produced as unique inspirations.
3: You can only have 1 of each inspiration.
4: When Bob converts his salvage into a buff, it permanently enables the machine to give Bob buff inspirations. That is, each individual player buys access to the station's inspiration shop with salvage, where inspirations can be bought for a reasonable price.

Really though, we need to either cut the costs drastically, or make these into temporary powers that the player can trigger. Balance wise, compare these things (I refuse to call them "Buffs") to the Bloody Bay temporary power. I'll take a mission long elite boss over 15 minutes of two fifths of hasten any day, and the Shivan is easier to get too.
