Can you be more specific? Do you get past the updater? (That's the one with the license agreement and the 'Accept' button.) Do you get the blue horizontal stripe that says "LOADING"? Do you get game splash screen after that?
This is important because the updater and the game are two separate programs. The updater launches the game (after checking for updates). -
I have a brand new HP Envy 15 with Windows 7 and I downloaded the game and it doesnt boot after install. It's just a loading screen and thats it.
