I have not installed any mids planner. I am just on the website. The website doesnt really seem to want to intall anything.

k, a very helpful person pointed out 4 designs i could use, cut and paste into mids. problem is, i open mids, looked for 5 minutes, nowhere to paste anything. Am i on the wrong site??? http://planner.cohtitan.com/planner thx in advance

Thanks man, I appreciate the effort. In truth, I have gamed for 2 1/2 years, but pretty much an altoholic. Sometimes I would 50 in 2 weeks, never play the toon again. The whole I/O set thing has my mind swimming. THese will help a lot, pretty sure I can get near a real expensive build out, once I study which one I like. This 50 is my last toon, sorta swore off alts, gonna badge until hell freezes. Thanks again for pointing me in some interesting directions.

The whole character concept is regen. (Based on a role playing character I have for tabletop storytelling.) as far as budget, I got a few things already invested, not sure "market price", but like Hecatomb-full set for KO blow, LOTG - full set, Scirroccos - wishset there is armageddon, and spare change like couple sets titanium, red fortune, etc. Anyways, Budget of 10 billion is doable. Please dial it in. Of course, I will focus on the regen/survivabilty expenses before i amp up the rest of my attacks, in keeping with concept.

Who has it? Who has the definitive SS/WP setup for PvE? I have been throwing everything I can into my brute for the last 2 weeks, and it ain't me. Oh sure, I can afford to throw almost anything on this guy (thanks to robbing every other 50 i got). But what do I put where? It's like a chinese puzzle box, put something here, then that doesnt work there. Putting that here is good, but if you do, you are not maximizing the basic Res/buff/debuff. So who has it, what beautiful combination of sets/hamis/purples/and uniques really put the polish on a already good brute?

Now for Rage, I just threw in Gaussian's full set when I hit 50 a couple weeks ago. The idea was to see if the Chance for Build Up "Gives a 5% chance to have a "Build Up" power effect the caster" affected all my attack powers. The other alternative is that it just affects the one power Gaussian is in, and since Super Strength RAGE does no damage of itself, would be useless. Unfortunately, Brute damage numbers already swing so wildly I cannot judge if it ever happens Does anyone know if the Gaussian's chance for build up is doing me any good in Brute rage?

Hmm, seeing as how i run a Willpower brute I figured it would buff out my Healing and End engines pretty nice (everything counts in large amounts), or is this another 20% that when you drop it in your numbers go up about as much as if a flea took a leak in your gas tank?

Okay, I saved all my in-game cash, transferred it to one Uber toon, and decided to dive into I/Os. Now I am lost, lol. Todays question is about Numina's Convalescence, the Regeneration/Recovery one that gives "Adds a 20.0% bonus to regeneration rate and a 10.0% bonus to endurance recovery rate for 120 seconds." And my question is this, If I drop that into High Pain Tolerance, a passive/always on power, will it have any effect. According to a page on ParaWiki "Since Procs work when the power is activated, then they continuously work when slotted in a Passive Power or in a Toggle that's turned on. Procs that are in continuous powers cycle or pulse on once every 10 seconds. This is also true when they work in certain pseudopets like 'rains' or 'patches' that have an enduring effect. If slotted in a click power, Procs activate just once for the duration of their effect." Problem is I do not believe this. Too good to be true and all that. I can afford the Numina, I can even afford to buy and sell it if I do not need it. But there are only so many respecs....

You are a lifesaver, at first i thought it was all off, then i realized the scale was what was off. THe arson key is exactly where the map shows, although it is easier to say just head straight up the street towards the bank entrance, but stop after one block, beat the crap outta the knives at the city info terminal, and go do the arson. THere is still one group of knives that say they give a ke and don't (the other group near the start point). But all i wanna do is arsons. So, thank you. Plan intact, I badge once more.

danged, you fast. (or had a mayhem stored) I just got on and quick hit 5 mish for my bank job. Going in now, and I think we all know I'm only concerned about the one key. Let you know how it goes. If successful this will be my battleplan for the next 3 nights, at the rate of 3 mayhems a night.

Sigh, except your map is wrong. I just checked every door on every bldg. including the keyed ones. many, many, many, many times. this map is either old and wrong, or just F-ing wrong. And the license plate read "NOLOVE" Having said that I am desperate. Some of the marks conform, but the missions are different. So I will try to use this to find that 5th group of knives. Damn hard to get accurate intel on the black market these days.

I have done the Peregrine Isle Mayhem twice now, killing all 4 groups of knives of Artemis. Only 3 keys spawn, none are arsons. It is very frustrating, because one of the groups even says "raze the building" key found, no key on the map appears. I even systematically checked every door on every building. Sigh. I soloed the entire game with this brute so that I could get every badge, but just mailed in the mayhems, thinking I could get all my mayhem badges in the Peregrine. Now I cannot get the arson badge. Therefore I cannot get an accolade that needs that badge.

Does anyone know anything about this bug?
