Here's the new build with the updates. I'm already noticing the differences, thank you! I think I'll be going Musculature Core Paragon instead of Radial when I get my Favor of the Well. It seems as if it'd give me the greater bang for my buck.

I intend to add Hecatomb to my array of enhancement sets. What power would best work with that set? -
I love my scrapper. He's my favorite character--the one that finally captured me long enough for me to make it my undisputed main. I've done all that I can to make him awesome, but I'd like to make him the best ever (insofar as the powers that I like can help him to be the best ever--I know sometimes my picks may gimp him somewhat).
With this in mind, I've come to you, oh Forum, for the first time. I need to know what you think of my build. Have I convinced myself something is awesome that is, in fact, terrible? Or have I been doing a good job except for there's x and y that I could do better?
One more thing: I've got him slotted with the third tier musculature radial blah-blah long-name alpha enhancement. Right now, I'm trying to decide whether I want the Core or the Radial Paragon enhancement when I go fourth tier. 45% damage and a whole lot of other stuff I don't particularly use, or 33% damage and stuff I do use, like Endurance Modification and Run Speed? Can you suggest pros and cons for one or the other? Right now, I'm torn about half-way between the two.

This isn't so much a bug... but I wasn't sure where else to put it.
I'm wondering if there are any plans to extend the level at which one can level cap. The "higher level character receives no xp until the lower level catches up" thing sounds good to me.
I'm asking because I've made a few level pacts that I want to break so that I can reroll the character and then reset the level pact. I also have a few characters I'd like to level pact with that were created before the level pact was created.
