What do I do when I'm out of contacts and the Broker won't give me anything new? I'm level 32 CoV and according to the contact lists Isabel the Knife is supposed to give me new contacts, but she's not giving me anything. I've gone to all my Brokers but none of them give me new contacts or missions.
Not sure what I'm supposed to do or doing wrong.
