I remeber crashing SC after the Dev had Updates all over the boards and were doing server broadcasts about not inviting and accepting group invites across zones. (Opps!)
I remember Seeing my SG in one of the beta screen shots on IGN after grouping with Camera

I Remember Thinking MacAllen was the Man, and Yankee Darring was my personal hero.

And my personal favorite memorys?
Recieving my Beta invite on Dec 25th.
And getting fly with my Dark/Psi defender at lvl 10.
