This probably won't affect your decision, but I actually like SR. It makes for a REALLY tight build, but it's just so, so satisfying not getting hit.

Okay, so I want to do a respec on my MA/SR scrapper fairly soon, since my bad power picks have finally caught up with me. I made a new build in Mids, and would like some advice/feedback.
I'm perfectly willing to change around the power pools or to switch around some of the powers.
