I find your lack of Aim disturbing. Also, I don't see a reason to not 5-slot RoF with posi's blast, and you can take the 6th slot out of Fire Breath and 3-slot hasten. It also seems like it'd be a pretty end-heavy build to me. I'd also 6-slot Oil Slick with 5 posi's, and 1 rech IO. Take all this with a grain of salt, though, cause I r uh newb.
