So I guess my arc which was on a 8 Arc ID list wont be runned? If anyone does decide to do it...should I post it in another Topic? I say this because there is no running my "TF" solo...unless you at least have a 4 man team, team wipe central. Really 5+ Recommended...

I would like the KBs a person is allowed to use in MA to go upto 200-250KB from 100 for starters and then 500KBs in the end. Small Arcs or moderate arcs are 4-5 missions. REAL arcs or TFs are moderate to very large in length and are minimum 5 missions.

I didn't bother reading the rest. So here's my thoughts. The 2 autos need to be merged into Kinetics and powershield. And buffed alil for more Res. Now we can make 2 powers. Since we have seen plenty of DP, I would give EA an HP Drain effect power= just like Energy Drain. And it would be uber different from the rest because no extra effects accept mod. HP draining w/ a 75 secs recharge, instead of minor like DarkArmors. I would also make a new Auto that gives DEF to all except Psi, with a base of 7.5 to 10. For Stalkers, just give the give the Auto DEF. Bam!!!
