Well, that would kind of be telling wouldn't it Nah, it really is very, very useful in a lot more ways than people imagine. The secondary effect of electrical is pretty much useless in PvP... Or so people think. Plus electricity is energy only damage, and is less resistable than smashing or lethal damage. Plus coupled with perhaps a little more 'exotic' slotting than what is shown here, would rock a lot more

And i really don't need stamina early, as im not expecting to run out of endurance before the person i'm fighting is eating floor

Annnnnnnd... Stun is an integral part of a toggle dropping build.

Is it okay if i bring Stryke force instead? Thinking about it, he will probably be alot more useful, and i can try to raise the funds for a set of SO's, instantly making him more of a powerhouse than Deluge. And by 2 pm, i'll hopefully have finished the Respec and obtained a proper travel power If needs be, when out my plan for him on the blaster thread.
