That's an image of the Drunken Target Practice power in the new Redneck Summoning power set. The two minion upgrades are Moonshine and Chaw. I hear the lieutenants get a flashlight with one of the upgrades that holds you and drops all of your toggles when they shine it in your eyes.

Quote:Your current global should be the same as the first character you created. If you want to change it, remember that you only get to change it once. After that you're stuck with it, so make it worthwhile.By the way, I'm probably going to be implementing a global chat handle so that If I end up playing another character then you know it's still me. No final decisions on that yet, though.

I've done that. The last cracker will tear the hell out of your throat, but it's entirely possible to force it down.
Ah, the fun things we used to do to pass the time while running automated tests in the labs... -
You know, if it were possible to get a good wireless signal on the subway (not having ever been in NY, I only assume that it's not - but I figure it's a safe assumption), I'd recommend Sun take a laptop and play some pantsless CoH on the subway during the ride on the 10th.

Quote:Really? I had not noticed the change. I certainly approve of it, though. This actually got changed sometime last year, so that the lowest load servers are on the TOP, directly under the server you last played.
Quote:In general, I suspect an awful lot of the server is either hiding or in missions, so people looking for others aren't going to see folks just standing around (thank god).
Quote:We're fine. We never have server lockouts on 2XP weekends, we get raids and TFs together without issue, and if people are proactive, teams are readily available. -

If we're trying to bring new players to low population servers, the change needs to be made on the server selection screen itself.
The servers with the highest level of activity are listed at the top of the server list, while the lowest activity servers are listed at the bottom. (After you've already selected a server, the last server you've played on is moved to the top of the list and the rest of the servers are listed below it by traffic volume.)
As a new player, you're probably not going to consult Paragon Wiki to see what sever best suits your playstyle prior to logging in the first time.
More often than not, I'd bet that the first server most players click on is the one at the top of their list - and due to the nature of how the server list is ordered, that's usually going to be Freedom or Virtue.
If we're trying to encourage new players to click on low population servers first, then the order in which the servers are listed needs to be flipped to list servers with lowest traffic volume at the top and highest volume at the bottom. -
My resolution: Figure out how to get those damned PvP badges (preferably without falling asleep from boredom.)

I don't think I'd touch Karl's emergency exits either.

Clearly we should change our identity from "Pantsless server" to "Jackass Tolerant server".

You just don't see us because we're all hidden from searches.

They can call the server whatever they like. I'm still not going to wear any pants.
Stinking complainers. Where do I go to complain about the complainers?
I can't even take a few days of vacation without the whole server jumping right into the old handbasket and riding merrily right up to the gates of hell... -
Merry Christmas to all, and to all some phat loot!

So, Cath paying money for... ice cream? Good thing that's not illegal.

Holy snot. It's like they turned on server-to-server influence transfers for the holidays!
