You definitely need the classic "addressing the heavens" pose, with arms raised and head back. Suitable for "At last I shall have my revenge on those ignorant fools" rants while waiting for the lightning strike.

Some sort of "Take him away!" emote for when you're done gloating and you want your minions to drag your defeated foes to the dungeon.

I wholeheartedly second the motion for a Montgomery Burns "Excellent" emote.
