Hey, don't be so hard on yourself! You're still learning and improving. Keep practicing and take any advice those on the boards here can offer (they'll give you lots of good advice!). And I know the one I read most often on the boards and that I think is the best advice is PRACTICE. Keep working on it, don't give up! If you give up, you won't get better. I'm glad you liked Aurora well enough to draw and I offer her and vine up for any more practice you wish. (And her face isn't fat, its retaining water! )

Besides, even with faults its still better than I could draw.

Most definitely! I work at a middle school, and as the counselor, a lot of the confiscated notes end up on my desk. And it takes a lot of decoding to figure out the spelling and grammer (without even starting on the acronyms. COX actually helps my job in that case. ). I mean, Back Alley, you're actually using full words! Not to mention proper spelling, grammer, and logic. Kudos to you, your parents, and your school!

This was a ton of fun! Visited lots of servers and saw a bunch of art forum regulars. Even got to rub elbows with some of them (I promise it was just elbows though ) Unfortunately, I was having so much fun, I kept forgetting to take screenshots.

But I did get a couple! (sorry, graphics on low to save on lag)

Managed to make it into the semi-finals. Replete is to the left of me!
As soon as THIS guy got in line next to me, I knew I had no real chance of winning.
The last hold outs on the last server from the last costume contest dancing like crazy!

Even though I didn't end up winning, I still feel pretty. Really I do........



Good luck to all the semi-finalists! There were some great outfits there, you deserve it!

Frost was actually my very first hero so I'm a bit partial to her, despite all my alts on COH and COV (I love making the costumes and bios even if I never end up playing them. Could explain why I have 3 1/2 servers full at the moment). Actually haven't played her for awhile, need to fix that. And Vine was actually my first villian. I bought COV primarily for the plant powers. Love them!

You definitely have talent. Thats a really good drawing of TA. (He's always so lucky!)

And I'll jump on the band wagon and offer up Frost or Vine (in my signature) if you have the time and inclination. I'd love to see a headshot/bust of one of them.
