UK. I assumed I had the right client, I clicked 'download PC client' from NCsoft.
edit: the one I downloaded was CohUpdater.EU.exe -
Yep I'm using the same log in as I do here. Though here if it's set to North America it says it's incorrect - there isn't soem way I've set it to that in game is there? Don't know how. Anyway I sent off a message to support.

if you can't login by Tuesday, contact customer service. Basically, give them a standard working day to process your account, which would be Monday. -
Okay so after a long period of not playing I decided to reactivate my account and re-download the game. I did this, and got the email saying it was active.
Now however, when I try to log in using the name that the NCsoft site says the account is I always get a message saying either username or password are incorrect. I've changedthe password twice through the NCsoft site but it still wont let me in.
