This is hopefully a simple question:

I have a text file that includes a bunch of -
/bind blah blah blah
/bind blee blee blee
/bind ugh ugh ugh

-commands inspired by this post and my rescent respec into the teleport pool.

So.

How do I tell CoH to load that file for a certain character? (but not for my other toons?)

Thanks for the help - just started playing with /binds today.
