Whats the highest amount of experience available from one singular defeat? I was just wondering if there was a cap the game had set- Surely if someone soloed a Giant Monster they could get a lot.

Falling back heavily into his chair he let out a long sigh.

Snipe? On a PvP Blaster? Correct me if I am wrong but... isn't snipe just too situational to find itself on most PvP builds?

I think it wouldn't happen... Generally if people want to roleplay they go to the established ones in Union. I might be wrong- but good luck with it anyway!

My name is Ashley and i'm 16 years old and I belive I should get the grant for several reasons-

I recently moved from England with a degree in Molecular Genetics, atached is a copy of the certificate and refrences to my main teachers in Sussex.

I'm currently living with a friend, (who is a known hero in Paragon City) in Talos Island- unfortunatly there is a lack of equipment to follow up a theory I have, which I would be more than happy to discuss- but I would prefer a face to face meeting.

With the grant I belive I can help many mutants with there new found powers and help them control there newfound abilitys. I would also like to offer a diffrent job placement to others rather than the company known as "Crey".

I have a long future ahead of me and I belive with the grant I could help many generations of heroes.

Scorch - This power engulfs your hands in flames, and can ignite the target of your scorching attack. Once on fire, the target will suffer damage over time. Melee, Minor DMG(Fire). Recharge: Fast

Fire Sword - Through concentration, you can summon a sword of fire that sets foes ablaze. Successful attacks from the fire sword will ignite the target, doing damage over time. Melee, Moderate DMG(Fire/Lethal). Recharge: Moderate

Cremate - A slow but devistating attack. Cremate clobbers your foe with a massive 2 handed smash that leaves your foe set on fire. High DMG (DoT?)(Fire). Recharge: Moderate

Build Up - Greatly increases the amount of damage you deal for a few seconds, as well as slightly increasing your accuracy. Self +DMG, +ACC. Recharge: Long

Incinerate - Intense concentration can allow you to incinerate an opponent. This will set your foe ablaze, dealing damage over time. Melee, High DoT(Fire). Recharge: Slow

Taunt - Taunt foes to attack you. Useful to pull enemies off allies and keep them attacking you to raise your Fury. An accuracy check is needed to taunt enemy players, but is not needed against critter targets. Ranged (Targeted AoE), Foe Taunt. Recharge: Fast

Breath of Fire - This allows you to spew forth fire from your mouth, burning all foes within its narrow cone. This is a very accurate that can deal good damage at a close range. Close (Cone), Moderate DoT(Fire). Recharge: Slow

Fire Sword Circle - Mastery of your Fire Sword has enabled you to make an attack to every foe in melee range. This will slash and burn your enemies, doing moderate damage and setting them ablaze. PBAoE Melee, Moderate DMG(Fire/Lethal). Recharge: Slow

Greater Fire Sword - Your mastery of fire enables you to create an enhanced sword of flame that can set foes ablaze. Successful attacks from the Greater Fire Sword will set your foe ablaze, doing damage over time. Melee, Superior DMG(Fire/Lethal). Recharge: Slow
