Yes its on full alert, maybe Im just being unlucky ....

When I play my hero alt, I often see rikti invasions going on, but when I play my villain main, the skies are clear with no sign of rikti for miles and miles.
I do understand how the invasions are triggered, and I can appreciate the RP value of ending a TF with a special bang like that, but the fact still remains, villains never see those elusive rikti.
I would really like to see both heroes and villains getting invaded whenever a TF on either side is completed, and not just the side that completes the TF, I really miss those rikti battles on my main :/ -
I just use 3 raw recharge and 3 raw healing atm in triage, but now Im going IO hunting

Well I like my mercs, Im a level 43 merc/trapper, and while the set clearly have the lowest DPS output, it does at the same time have the best crowd control/survivability, so they may kill a little slower, but on the other hand they last longer than other pets for the exact same reason that their DPS is lower, namely all their no damage specials.
Other MMs have between 0 to 1 pets who doesnt deal optimal damage, while the merc MM have 3 pets that deal subpar damage, this is the direct reason mercenaries have the lowest DPS, the 2 spec ops waste time going invis, casting webs, flashbangs and gas grenades, neither of wich does any direct damage. And the medic performs terribly if he gets the lvl 32 upgrade, or if you remove him from defensive/follow, so the medic does not have upgraded attack, and he does not fire when I tell the other 5 pets to fire.
But at the same time, those grenades from the spec ops add a lot to the surviveability of the group, and when I add the arsenal from my trap set I can pretty much survive anything, so I may kill a little slower than other MMs, but my pets are so darn hard to kill, I never picked any other healing power than triage, I have it 6 slotted and I love it to pieces, and if my guys do die, then no amount of "single target heal other" power would have helped anyway, if the enemy is strong enough to kill my guys off when Im bunkered down, then its because Im chewing more than I can eat, not because I need healing.
The only complaint I have with mercs is their pathing, they seem to get stuck against railings all the time, so I have to jump up and around to get them to follow properly.
2 things that makes mercs work well, never give the medic the 2nd upgrade, and always keep him on defensive follow, I have all my pets except the medic named soldier 1-5, that way I just use pet_name soldier commands to control everyone but my medic, I love mercs, and havent found them to be weak or subpar when everything is considdered. -
I have all my melee zombies on a single goto/aggressive command, and as long as I click behind the target, my minions seem to get to melee most every time, if I click the goto in front of the target though, half will be using ranged attack, so either you are setting the goto point in front of the target, or ninjas react differently than undeads, try dropping the goto circle right behind the target, so the pets have to run throug the MOB to get to the spot.

Love my mercs, their only subpar quality is their weak alpha strike, but thats because both spec ops usually fire web grenades as their opener, wich is an entirely good thing
Their AI is the best of the different classes I have tried, robots seem hellbend on going to melee range at least once every fight, undead and ninjas on the other hand, are unwilling to give up their 1 ranged attack, and will happily stand 20 feet away puking again and again.
Mercs rarely go for melee range, maybe once every 5 encounter or so, and then its easy to just issue a "defensive follow" command. They are quick to evade area dots like demolitioner's fire grenades.
I renamed everyone soldier 1 to 5, except the medic, that makes it easy to give orders to all the fighters, while leaving the medic on defensive follow at all times, I only need 3 commands to make them shine:
Petcom_name soldier attack aggressive
Petcom_name soldier goto aggressive
Petcom_all follow defensive -
Anyone else getting tons and tons of salvage ??
I have a lvl 20 mm, I mostly solo him, and he has 2 pieces of salvage to his name, my superteam toon however, he is level 21 now, and have 65 pieces of salvage .... -
We got wiped a few times on a mayhem earlier this evening, basically what we did wrong was run straight to the bank, first one got killed on the way to bank, then we all got killed in the bank, this happened 3 times when we tried running to the bank, we should try fighting to jail or bank first perhaps ?
We also missed out on a lot of AM sessions, mainly due to impatience, so we rarely had a full AM buff going. -
This was a total blast, we actually managed to get close to level 13 before folding.
Thanks for the party -
I convert wannabe heroes and budding villains to my cause, my MM is only level 10, but so far I have "captured" Biopulse and Dr. Geist.

Im pretty much a newbie straight out of the box, but I would like to try a superteam like this, so if you can stomache a newbie, then please count me in.

Sounds great, I didnt know it had a hold power, I tend to love those, I will fit this one in asap.
Im using FF as secondary, but I could imagine /dark players having a ball with all those pets, can you still have several fluffies up at the same time ?? -
I have searched but couldnt find a good discussion on this pet, I have so far opted to not take it, since my undeads are doing so extremely well, and I wanted pool powers instead, but I would really like to hear some impressions from an experienced SE user, is it mostly a diversion, or is it actually another killer pet ?
How did you slot it, recharge or damage/acc ?
How long does it last ?
And what is the difference when using it on zombies/knights/the lich ?
