I've read your comments on various attack chains and you seem to be an authority on the subject. I was particularly intrigued in your interest in minimal attack chains.

Out of all the scrapper primaries what would be in your opinion the most solid attack chain using the least amount of attack powers?

I really would like to give FM/SD a try.

I plan on using Ninja Run as my travel power so I will not need any of the travel pools and if possible I would like to avoid the fighting pool. Perhaps medicine might help?

I'm just starting out so I only have 2 million influenced saved up from alts. However I am ready and willing to work hard to create a solid build.

I would welcome any suggestions and build examples.

I've played COH on and off since it's inception. However due to alt-itis I have never made it to 50 on any toon. My goal is to reach 50 with my next toon.

Scrapper fits my play style like a glove but I need some primary and secondary combo suggestions.

My needs/wants list...

1. Solo/team hybrid
2. PVE focus
3. Little downtime
4. Leveling budget build
