Okay, few things:

Note the feet: I'm supposing you don't want him standing with his feet outward sideway. Try drawing rectangular 3D cubes for feet if that helps. You want the feet sort of coming at you at an angle.

The biceps (the muscle that connect your elbow to your shoulders) are too far from the upper body. Place them closer.

Finally, the arms (from the elbow to the hands) should be bigger.

No, take a look:
If he were doing it normally, how would he be able to replicate "un-falling" out of the pile of hay. Also, it looks like he's catching a hat, but the motion he makes looks awkward, so he's obviously throwing it, but the film was reversed. Ontop of that, the horse carriage goes by him backwards.

Logically this means that in actual filming, he walked backwards and lip synched the lyrics backwards.

Gotta get back on track.

I just noticed:

In that video, in the scene where everything is backwards --he would have had to lip-sync the singing backwards in order for it to work.
