  1. The main problem is: many people think a ~50% loss in damage for a 25% gain in ACC is not a fair trade.

    The best teams right now are the small teams, 3-4 member in a group. The loss of damage is felt in these small groups. Esp without a AoE blaster.

    In the higher-end hazard zones, mobs with 2 bosses and 2 liet's and a few minions are common. A Illusionist is busy just holding on to the bosses. If the liet's/minion are not defeat, only option at this point is decieve for us.
  2. Something you might want to add to the post is a ratio of sorts. Something in the lines of for every 3 characters, there should be a healer/emp. So a 8 party group should have at least 2 healer/emp with them.

    This become important when you start fighting npc that have area attacks and such.

    While CaskRR bring up some good points, but negates them by saying: "Quite often the failure will be in my fellow healers department, or at the very least a joint failure." Now all you doing are doing is turning around and blaming all your problems are the healers.
