I play almost exactly your Ice build, but I am a huge fan of Chilling Embrace. Any mobs that ... MOB you, are slowed, just hover back a few feet and blast them into oblivion. Also Ice sword has earned a convert from me as well. The blaster damage bonus makes this as effective as a tank's Greater Ice Sword. I was with a buffing defender the other night and would frequently see double 300's when I swung it (6 slotted for damage) I highly recommend only putting hold enhancements into the two freeze ray's as Aim and Buildup give a far greater bonus than ACC slots, and with them both three slotted you can easily hold +2 bosses for the time it takes their health bar to rocket to zero. Just wanted to add my two cents. I love Ice.
