Hi there.
I want to make a Blaster character, but I want one of the Patrol Power Pools when I reach the appropriate level, am I going to have to change my Alignment to Villain in order to get it, or can I just change it to Vigilante and do the story arc that way?
Also, when I finish the story arc at level 35, will I be able to switch back to Hero (that is if I am required to switch to Villain) while I'm still in the process of getting more powers from the Patron Pool, or will I have to stay in the Rogue Isles until I get all of them?
I was thinking about a character with:
Water Blast (when it comes out)
Energy Manipulation
Leviathan Mastery
