Like most of the non-Mind/FF builds posted, it wouldn't be an "out of the box" WarTroller as it hinges on a Hurricane+Steamy+SS combo for the herding part. Steamy+SS for invisibility until the Hurricane touches the mobs, at which point they simultaneously get agro'd, range debuffed and acc debuffed. The repel on Hurricane also gives you the option of herding mobs into a corner and trapping them there.
Oh, and you also get a "pet" in LS so you don't feel left out
