I remember reading over a year ago that the morale buff does effect pets recharge. I was wondering if it still does and if i read right that the recast is down to 1 sec

I have not played the game in about a year and wondering how the new incarnate powers would work with a bots/PD MM. Also is it possible for me and my pets to reach soft cap on def or resist with this build. I want to pvp and pve so I've been thinking about a change to maybe demon/PD if i cannot.
